Rodolfo Trujillo, Co-Founder of Progressive Real Estate Group
20 years · Referral-driven · Hablo Español

Rodolfo Trujillo

Co-Founder · Broker Associate

For more than 20 years, Rodolfo has built his business the way it should be built — on relationships, trust, and referrals. His rule is simple: treat people the way you'd want to be treated. Clients come back, and they send their families, because he makes a complicated process feel personal and even a little fun. He's known for sharp negotiation, an eye for detail, and staying calm when a deal gets complicated. Family is the center of his world — his wife Jen and their daughters remind him daily what home really means. He works in English and Spanish, and he's proud to help build a brokerage where everyone is treated with respect.

Travis Callstrom, Co-Founder of Progressive Real Estate Group
27 years · Relationship-first

Travis Callstrom

Co-Founder

Twenty-seven years in, Travis still believes real estate is about people, not paperwork. He's steady, thoughtful, and relationship-first — the kind of advisor who guides clients through every kind of life change and stays in their corner long after closing. He shares life with his husband, Bryan, and their two kids, and time together — often at their cabin in Wisconsin — keeps him centered. Travis helped build Progressive around a simple promise: that inclusive, equitable service isn't a niche, it's the standard. Serving LGBTQ+ families, and anyone who's ever wondered whether they'd be welcome, isn't a side mission for him. It's the mission.

Joe Mack, Co-Founder of Progressive Real Estate Group
Banking & mortgage lens

Joe Mack

Co-Founder

Joe came to real estate from the other side of the table — more than a decade in banking and the mortgage industry. That financial lens is his edge: he helps clients understand the numbers before they sign, so the biggest decision of their lives feels clear instead of overwhelming. He grew up on a dairy farm, where showing up early and working hard weren't optional, and he brings that same reliability to every client. Outside of work, Joe's world revolves around his wife, Penny, and their kids — usually somewhere up north, on a lake. Joe helped found Progressive on a belief in fairness and equal access for everyone.

Jake Miller, Co-Founder of Progressive Real Estate Group
23 years · Construction & value

Jake Miller

Co-Founder

Jake has spent more than 23 years in real estate, starting in mortgage in 2003 before earning his license in 2004. He knows financing, he knows value, and — thanks to a construction background — he knows what's really behind the walls. That means you buy the house, not the staging. Jake has worked through the housing crash, the COVID market, and plenty of personal curveballs, and it's made him the steady, straight-talking advisor clients lean on. No spin, no pressure — just clarity. Away from work, his greatest pride is his family, including his partner Samantha. Jake helped build Progressive because he believes real opportunity in housing should be open to everyone, full stop.

Working alongside our founders — same standard, same straight talk, same belief that everyone deserves a place to belong.

Jon Lopez, Agent with Progressive Real Estate Group
Helping buyers & sellers since 2012

Jon Lopez

Agent

Jon's approach starts with something he's always valued in a salesperson: straight talk. Clear advice, no runaround, and the room to make your own decision in the end. He's been guiding people through their real estate moves since 2012, and he treats every one as a chance to genuinely connect — not just to close. Jon came to the U.S. from Colombia at age five and watched his parents chase the American Dream the hard way: working hard, getting a little further each year, from North Jersey to Minnetonka, where the family has been since 1997. That's the dream he's honored to help his own clients build now — a place of their own, and someone in their corner who'll shoot straight the whole way through.

Drew Wallis, Associate Broker with Progressive Real Estate Group
Former teacher & business owner · First-time buyer champion

Drew Wallis

Associate Broker

Drew brings a background most agents don't. Years as a teacher taught him to break a complicated thing down until it actually makes sense; years running a small business taught him how contracts and negotiations really work. He puts both to work on every transaction — especially for first-time buyers who need someone to explain the process and fight their corner. Originally from Arkansas, Drew and his family chose Minnesota on purpose: they wanted a community that believes everyone deserves equal treatment, and that a better future is worth working for. He's been helping people buy and sell for more than four years. Outside of work, you'll find him with his wife and daughter — usually mid-project, or learning something new.

Neelu Stene, Agent with Progressive Real Estate Group
Relocation specialist · Helping buyers & sellers since 2014

Neelu Stene

Agent

Neelu has sold real estate in two very different markets, and it shows. She earned her license in Miami Beach in 2014, where she led her own team, closed roughly ten transactions a month, and sold some of the city's most beautiful waterfront condominiums to buyers from around the world. Before real estate: five years at Microsoft, where she picked up the project-management discipline that keeps her clients' transactions organized and calm. Born in India and raised in Minnesota, Neelu came home in 2016 to be near her parents — and found she loves this market's range. One day it's a luxury home on Lake Minnetonka; the next, a first-time buyer's starter in the suburbs. Every client gets the same dedication. Relocation is her deepest specialty: she's moved from Minnesota to Seattle to Miami Beach and back, and she knows a move is really about neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, and community — her goal is that you feel at home long before the moving truck arrives. She also owned a boutique on 50th & France in Edina, and that eye for design and décor comes along on every showing. Off the clock, she's hunting the Twin Cities' next great restaurant — and she's a proud dog mom to three pups, so she'll spot the fenced yard and the perfect mudroom before you do.
